I cant make heads or tails of anything here.......I can see a window or door there and the checkers for the cab but I guess I need to see everything without the blur....:)

Or alternately, just blur the bg and render the cab w/o motion...

i think that you should blur the buildings in the background, but not the cab. that would be less confusing, and focus more on the cab for a more "rounded" render.
