Description
This is dedicated to Nicole (moonbunnie). She is one of the sweetest girls in the gallery and a dear friend of mine. She has been through so much in her young life, more than most of us could bear. Nicole never complains no matter how bad she feels and she is always there with a smile for her friends. She is also a fantastic Daz Studio artist and vendor. Her characters (Neila) and (Yaana) are incredible because she put so much of her inner beauty into them. I asked if I could do a image for her months ago and she told me to surprise her with my own creation for her. Hope you like it Hun and sorry you had to wait so long.
Pat A Bunny (For moonbunnie): Once upon a time in Maidstone in Kent there lived an adorable girl named Nicole. She wanted so bad to rescue a dog from the pound but didn't have the money to pay for a license. Nicole thought very hard and had a great idea. She asked her Dad to build a stand in the yard for her. She asked her friend Lori to help her make a cardboard sign. Then she grabbed her pet Bunny Chelsea and they were open for business. Now everyone can know what it feels like to pat a bunny, for a small fee that is. OH-NO, it looks like one of the partons is complaining about the price. That's okay, he is lucky they didn't charge him twice as much for being a silly boy. Thanks for listening,

I hate to mention this but rabbits aren't that big on carrots. They're good for gnawing of coarse, nice and hard on the teeth. But nothing's better than a big patch of long grass. When I was in grad school the local bunnies would edge out of the nearby woods and nibble on the park grasses in the early evening. I would sometimes run through the area and they would all jump back into the forest, one after the other, like synchronized swimmers. As soon as I was gone, they'd poke their heads back out in the same orderly fashion. Nothing better than grass Doc. If you ask me, this is working out as a two for one deal for these two patrons. The sister gets to pet the bunny, while the brother seems to be chatting up the lovely ticket agent. Wonderful posing work here. This has got to be a fave.

Great idea! Love the concept of the 'pet the bunny' business. Only kids would think up something this fun and wonderful. Too cute. Love their setup - reminds me of Lucy with her the "Psychiatrist is In" set up (where she would charge Charlie Brown for her words of wisdom). Great poses and expressions. I think you captured the complaining boy really well. Pooh on him - if he doesn't want to pay to pet the bunny he doesn't have too! I think they should have charged him double for the attitude! Too cute and a wonderful dedi for Moonbunny.

There was always a stand up in the summertime in our neighborhood when I was little, for someone would be selling lemonade, kisses, or a lot of other things for a small fee. I never tried it, but it does look like fun. This is a wonderful image which brings back good memories.
