Tiggas was planend as the close friend
for Kira. She is the co-pilot from Kira of the
flight-militaryacademie. Her problem is...she
is half human and half Venisaner. in the time
of Kira San, the Venisaner make war against Earth.
So she has no good stand in the academie.
