Tried to improve the clouds (with help from FrankB "Thanks a lot!") of my Version 1.
I think it helped! What do You meen?

the only thing is the water...you might try making the waves bigger

I agree with riddleboy. Give the water some little transparecy and make the waves bigger. Maybe you could also give the surface some more colours.
