Description

Had a walk around Heaton Park with JeffG7BRJ and his daughter Emma. Heaton Park,situated in Manchester UK only 5minute drive'in Jeff's car'(10mins in others lol) from where I live. Jeff likes to go early to avoid kids chasing away the squirrels. We were so early that the Squirrels were still in bed, we couldn't see any we walked around for a good hour and half, not one ! Emma said the 'Oasis concert' here couple of weeks ago has frightened them all away. But....once one appeared they seemed to be everywhere ! Squirrel shots....later!

Very nice capture Alan, and a great use of dof, I really enjoyed the day but next time we will wait until the squrrels are out of bed. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!! I have sent some pics to the feelgood theatre and they are posting them on their website, got a reply from the director Caroline this morning.

OK, "squirrel shots..." just doesn't sound right. How about photos of squirrels? Has a better sound. LOL I really laughed at your story. Jeff sounds like the men in my family. If you arrive 30 minutes early you avoid parking problems but if you arrive 2 hours early, you avoid parking problems and the crowds! Only it just means you tired out long before the day has begun. :-) I adore these poppies. The composition if marvelous.
