I am afraid of heights
How high you have taken me
Taken me to places
That I could have never even dreamed of
Until I met you
I am afraid of falling
Afraid of falling in love with you
Afraid of opening my heart so wide
That if you ever leave me
My soul will spill out
I am afraid of you
Afraid you will love me so deeply
That no one else will ever be enough
That I will never be able to function
In this crazy world without you
Mostly I am afraid
That someday
I will not be enough for you
As always if sometimes you are afraid of falling in love, if you are afraid of the fall then this poem is for you
