Description
I dug this image out of my archives after Clive motivated me with his guinea fowl upload a couple of days ago. This was still taken with film and scanned. I captured this beauty in the Kruger National Park here in South Africa. Guinea fowl are fascinating and I just love the colorful heads and the spotted feathers... They might not be the prettiest but they do turn a head or two!!! LOL...

Sweet shot Carin! Beautiful Presentation, too; so PRO! Makes me think of the Wild Turkey Family I saw on my way home tonight from work; All these little baby turkeys, with Mom & Dad .. about to cross the road ... poor little things; I hope they made it across. I had my camera, but was well past them before I realized what I had seen... and to turn around, probably change lenses again, (sigh) .. they'd be long gone in the tall grass by the time I'd get back to them ... so I kept going. :(
