Found these growing in a vacant field. Thought they were pretty and does anyone know what they are????

I have this in my garden The name the greenhouse sells it by is called Joley or Joey one Plant name....Ptlous..........on that order You can find it at Harris Seeds........I bought 4 and only one is living... They said I could come back and get re placements but I am wondering if it is too late to set out flowers now.........You think so.............. They change colors I know............. One package has 25 seeds in it...and the cost for that few is 3.95 per package... Hope this helps you out Hugs Susan~
