Description

I was lucky to capture this beautiful butterfly the other night; while I was outside, the cat was chasing it and I didn't have my camera out there with me. So, I beg my boys to please grab my camera and bring it out, bag and all, since I couldn't remember which lens was on at the time. The boys were wrapped up in World of Warcraft - their online game. *sigh* Meanwhile, Boris is determined to claim it as her own. So, I told Boris NOT to touch my butterfly, and I ran upstairs as fast as I could, changed lens - and ran back out. By that time, luckily Boris had chased it up in the tree. (hence the name "Lucky") lol Dang kitty. She is my BAD ONE. :-) I tell her that all the time; of course in a loving tone. :) I s'pose I didn't need to ramble so much. I could have just said, "... check out the butterfly I captured." :-| Have a great day ... lol Shari P.S. If you are interested in how I do my 'grunge', check out my tutorial! And if you have any questions, feel free to contact me. This tutorial is VERY basic. ***************************************************************** Thank you for your kind comments and Favs on my previous upload!!: "Wildflower .... " thumb_1904723.jpg

Hi Shari, I agree that it could be the same species but yours is the better capture. I like the closed wing pose better because you get to see the legs and "tongue". Do like your postwork stype background. I just love finding new artists - it will take me awhile to get thtough 41 pages and 848 images. Dana
