Description

They say you can't judge a book by its cover! Who would know, seeing a pink rosebud, that it might open to become something like THIS?? I didn't have to be sneaky at all to get this shot. It's from a trip I took to Wight's Nursery a couple weeks ago, and they don't care if you take pictures. Isn't that nice of them? Heaven knows I've spent enough money there over the years! Okay ... I'm off to bed. In the "are you feeling better" race, I might have a bit of an edge over earlier today, but it's hard to tell. Let's just call it a draw. I only worked half a day today, and I'll most likely do the same tomorrow. Still coughing my head off, trying to get it under control with better living through chemistry! (I must be a little better, because I'm getting my sense of humor back. Yesterday I was NOT funny.) N'nite! .......... Oops! I forgot to tell you ... They're still accepting submissions for banners for the Writer's Gallery and Writer's Forum, and Jen says they're a little light on Forum banners. Click HERE for more information. Then get busy and create something! Come on ... you know you want to! :D Even if you're not a writer, you can support the gallery by creating a nice banner. :P

This is so funny - just yesterday I worked on an image of exactly the same coloring rose I snapped when Bruce and I were on one of our walks!!! It is almost dejavu... Fantastic specimen Tara - I just adore the two-tone and your postwork is soft and dreamy... You better get going - that tarantula is lurking... It seemed to have gotten Bruce better - or maybe it's just the antibiotics the doc gave him! LOL... Ek mis jou en het jou lief!!!
