Description
Yesterday, June 25, 2009 was one of the saddest days of my life. The music icon of the 80's has died, Mr. Michael Jackson, the King of Pop Music. At only age 50 he had accomplished so much in his life. Although some look down on him for things he was in reality aquitted of, I look at what he accomplished in the music industry. Some of my fondest memories center around this man's music. He was in fact a genius in his field. The Thriller C.D. and it's video prove the talents this man had. Michael Jackson, a legend in his own time and a victim of the media who in so many ways let him down. My heart goes out to his family and his children...I for one will miss Michael Jackson, may you rest in peace Michael!

Very awesome tribute...and I have to say I agree with you completely...he accomplished so much. Thriller ROCKED! Sickening how everyone (media in particular) wants to know all the dirty about others. Michael Jackson did some awesome music and will always be remembered through that music...I feel bad for Liz Taylor, poor gal couldn't even put together a statement last I heard. Best to his kids and I hope they find some peace in knowing their dad was an icon in this world and made many lives happier with his music and dance.

the image in the white gown looks, resembles Michael... the only thing better would be the image moonwalking - lol ... I too made an image of him and Farrah... I like to use my gallery as an event diary.... about MJ, I saw part of his last known interview today. The guy asking him questions asked MJ if he had thought of making a Thriller II... MJ really liked the idea and had never thought about it - bummer, that would of been awesome... as the interview went on, they were playing a track that sounded nothing like his music... I wonder if they'll put it out... he's got three kids and his second Wife now could take custody - but only 2 are hers, so the youngest might be torn away from his Brother and Sister - sad.... MJ looked like a great Dad and interviews said he was always with them... I wonder if any of them will be in the starlight later. R.I.P. M.J & Farrah Fawcett - who died just hours B4. YOU HAVE BEEN FAVORITIZED!!!

Wonderful tribute to Michael and his music and talents, and I agree a very sad loss, he will very much be missed. My 16 year old has been watching all his videos on line on I Tunes,that she had missed most of till now, especially the 30th year reunion show they all did together and then I noticed she had downloaded some of his music to her I-pod file so his music will live on for generations to come.
