Watching you look back Waving good bye All seems so surreal I have been in love with you From the first time we met And I know we both still Love each other madly But sometimes something so right Can also be so wrong Collectively we bring out the best And the worst in each other We are like a storm together The rain and the waves Have left us drained Unable to stand another fight But the lightning The lightning was pure energy It sparked a flame That turned into a raging fire every time we kissed I still can’t believe We will be better off Without each other But I know we can longer Make it with each other
