I've done a lot of infants and any time you can get BOTH eyes open at the same time and not show signs of drool, you have half the battle won. :-) Your lighting here is very soothing with lends much to the repose of the child in the arms. Perhaps I would crop a bit at the left bottom corner so that not so much of the leg remains but there is a bit of the body wrinkle left. That's only my preference in how I crop and not necessary the correct way to do it.

I find it to be a delightful and beautiful image celebrating a wonderful time in a childs life. Lovely lighting, mood, and beautiful baby. I was thinking about what MrsLubner said and I think I would agree with the cropping part. Lovely work indeed!
