I am always thrilled when I come up on these guys on the beach out here. As happy as I am to see them on the ocean beaches, I was sure glad to see that our seal in the river where I usually fish has gone on to someother fishing spot. :-)

oh, a fine shot of the animals, in all kinds of positions, but also a very fine light and fine hues, maybe even postwork, a lazy hazy beautiful afternoon in which the air itself says 'rest'. The whites—in rocks and animal—have a kind of luminous quality, and it looks almost like a fine print. Fine work, lizzi.
