Description

The yard was awash in golden light just before sunset the other day when I captured this chickadee. Thank you very kindly for your recent views and comments and for having a look today.

Oh how precious - you caught him in mid-song!!! What a wonderful image my friend in such perfect light! In wildlife photography they call the first hour after sunrise and the last hour before sunset the golden hours. This image proves it!! :)

Fine shot of a cutie in the middle of saying something. I am not sure why, but many of my birds have apparently gone on summer vacation...I have a chickadee, a pair of cardinals, a couple of sparrows, my gray doves, normal grackles and squirrels...but most of the handsome song birds have taken a powder.(??)
