Hi, I am Barbara and live in Lincolnshire. I love nothing better than walking with my 3 dogs, (Large Munsterlanders) and taking the camera along. Iam afraid my photographic skills are not very good, I just point and click & hope for the best. Sometimes I do take some nice shots!!
I have lived with this breed since 1986, before that I had border collies. I was told when getting my first Munster, Jenna, I would become addicted and I sure was, owning 7 of this breed over the years.
Although Munsters are a working gundog, afraid I couldn't shoot anything, so we do other things like, showing, obedience and heelwork to music.
The girls are all different & I hope to show that in their pictures.
I would like to thank my good friend Janeeden for persuading me to get started.
Video's & songs for the girls can be seen on www.jendellas.com

Yes thank goodness for our sea breezes which do almost reach here too Barbara, but not as much as when I lived nearer to you. Went to see Mum yesterday and took the dogs, it was far too hot so we came home early. It will be real late before it cools down, but the weatherman said we could get some torrential rain and thunderstorms later, which will freshen up the air a bit. I love this shot Barbara, a great capture!! hugs Janice and gang xxxxxx

Doesn't that just ache a little when you think of grooming later? I have a neighbor who walks his three BIG dogs daily 3-5 miles twice a day. He goes with a dog canteen slung over his shoulder (Boxer, German Shepard and a Samoyed). Seems to be a matter of conditioning...of course he does skip the 95F and up stuff:-)

A lovely shot, it must be so hot for the girls too, my boys are quite miserable. Its 32 deg here today which is warm for Jersey, this is with sea breezes too

Poor puppies. It was cold here today we broke a record for the coldest July 1st here. We only got up to 61 for the high. Nice shots.

I always love watching dogs shake off the water in order to dry off. Some of them do it so comically. Thanks for sharing.
