Hi Ursula...did you send your question to one of the coordinators or moderators? If they don't know the answer to your question, they can put the right person in contact with you. All their names are listed here toward the top: Photography Forum Excellent macro today!

It could be that you are using non standard British characters or a combination of them that the operative system can think it is an instruction. But I don't know really. Fantastic shot!!!

Cool capture, little guy is just waiting for something to pounce on. I think you problem most likely lies in that you are editing you post, after you've posted it. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it happens to me too, for some reason my word program wants to spell check in French. All you need do, which is a pain in the butt, is just delete all the little symbols that seem to pop themselves in..

Great pic! I can never catch this creature! The funny letters happen to me sometimes, but I do an edit and they usually go away!

That happens to me too ... the letters changing. When I draft my comments on a WORD document and then cut and past them here, they change to fit the format. It is not a matter of changing the program as I see it, but as a reminder to not cut and paste comments. Instead, write them directly into the web document.:-) This is a stunning macro of this tiny spider. Very well done.

if you accidentally hit the alt key, it thinks you're trying to use another character symbol. I've discovered this and belatedly remembered it from way back when graphics was a dream on a PC Great shot

Not sure I know why your keys would change. Most strange. Others offered some ideas/solutions. Hope they help! Very cool photo - wonderful creature and great pov. Love the flower - so colorful. Very nice.

wonderful macro!! I think that the titles change if you use non ANSI or UNICODE fonts. For instance it happenes to me when I write the story using Word and then the command copy and paste in order to put the text here in RR. The character " becames a mess of square, capitals letters and so on. If I write directly here it doesn't happen. I copy the text fron here to Word if I want to keep it.

I adore these! The ones I have here are striped and will literally follow a finger with their eyes. For such a tiny spider, they seem remarkably brave! Wonderful shot. ^=^
