Without knowing what you said, My interpretation is the red with the money and hands is evil - GREED... The are bidding for the love (heart symbol) of the girl. I like how she's stepping into the frame.

Ciao "mikeerson" il senso che volevo dare all'immagine è proprio quello da te descritto (e mi fa molto piacere che tu l'abbia capito);ho pensato che fosse troppo forte come impatto descrittivo e ho driblato con una crisi economica ,seppur grave, ma di meno impatto emotivo.
