There were several of these along a stretch of fields. They were fascinating to watch.

Nice photo. Looks like we both had the same idea. As I also took some photos this evening of the ash cloud at sunset with our wind turbines in the background. We have soo many of these grazing our landscape up here in Northern Iowa, they are something else, and have totally changed our view. 10yrs ago there were none of these in the area, now we have several hundered through out this area. Thanks for sharing

I have yet to see one in person but obviously I haven't been in the right places yet. Beautiful sky boiling up in the background.
