Description
Some people believe the world to be a random experiment, others believe it to be guided by a supreme deity. However in fact the weather is controlled by four capricious fairies, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Mostly they co-operate but if one feels ignored they create rogue weather. A snowstorm in May or a hurricane perhaps.
