"No 'bucks', no Buck Rogers!" Very cool retro-sci-fi work. Captured the feel of the period. Great work.

Ooh! I remember this selection when you posted it at Animotions. You presented a series of "works in progress" showing how the composition evolved and close-ups upon the two scenes and two portraits surrounding the main shot. I particularly like the "formality" of Colonel Deering's flight uniform with its vest and tie combined with the vintage flight cap. A fascinating study! Sincerely, Bill

Thank you everyone, for your comments. Head over to animotions.com if you wish to see the WIP stuff on this - being limited to one upload a day here means I won't be using it up w/WIP. A few things I may fix that have been bugging me - Wilma's right shin and foot look more like her left - this happens a lot with the forearms of figures in Poser, the limb curving opposite of what it should. With the exception of Buck's jersey (MOS Ranger, I think) this is all free stuff, or stuff I made out of free objects. Mebbe someday I'll manage to tell my idea of a Buck Roger remake that lies behind this poster...

This is one my favorites of your works here (so far). Great composition and action. As a former commercial artist, I particularly like the text effects you have done with the "Buck Rogers" text.

I made some fixes, which can be seen here: http://cwrudy.deviantart.com/art/Buck-Rogers-poster-update-1-185661232 I'm mostly posting there these days (sadly) file-size and posting limitations have made this site less appealing to my lazy posterior.
