Description

for a drink of water. Today we had 95+ degrees and the deer decided that they needed some water to drink. I had not realized they were in the yard until my parents' bird, Piper, started cheeping madly. I looked out the window and saw this deer and another roaming the yard. I grabbed my camera and too about 8 shots. I now understand where the water has been going from the bird bath.... the deer have been drinking from it. Later on this evening, the two deer came back up the road and my mom and I took multiple photos of them plus, we were right next to the Hummingbird feeder and we were buzzed several times by this one fine fellow, whom I'll post later on. I got a bunch of photos of him as well. He was only 3 feet away from me. All in all, it was a very exciting day for me seeing the deer and the hummingbird.
