Description
Death Valley National Park is known as the land of extremes. It is the hottest, driest and lowest point in the US. Three million acres of desert wilderness:
This natural bridge is about 10 miles south of my previous 2 posts. No information about it from the National Park Service web site. I drove into a side canyon, as far as I could, and hiked up about 1/2 mile. The opening is about 50 x 50 feet and narrowed down after that.

Wow Dana this is a fabulous capture, and the photo itself has all sorts within it. The pov takes us into it wanting to know what lies ahead. The various textures are truly amazing, as I look at all the pictures I can make amongst them within the rock, and then I want to just step a bit further in to see what it is like to look up at the sky within that rocky surround, yes it is a great capture! hugs Jane xx

Impressive shot but I would not like to linger under that bridge for very long, looks like a sheer line on the right between two types of rock.
