PSSSST!!! This is HUGE; SO “HUSH HUSH” we can only divulge a few details to devotees who follow doarte’s MADHOUSE doings. We’ve discovered - - it happened when plumbers repairing pipes in an ancient ODDATORIA lavatory fell through the floor and found themselves in a crypt - - a sizable space centered in the kind of circular tunnel Dante described in his DIVINE COMEDY. Before SOMETHING blew their flashlight batteries, the plumbers saw two things: a wall with diminutive doors and hieroglyphs like those adoring tombs of ancient Egypt’s kings. Then all went dark and in that darkness a single door slid open. There, in a garish green glow, they saw what you see pictured here. They thought it was a doll; said it was a doll until it hissed a gangrenous gas that blinded them forever. It took two day to extricate those plumbers from the pit; two days to decipher what the writings said. “KNOW THE NAME AND YOU’LL KNOW ALL!” We’ve tried and tried but all out guessing fails. You who know us know … we’ll be going back to find more doomsday trophies. Perhaps one of your marvelous minds can unlock the mean of that clue. If you do … TELLS US! We swear we’ll never mention who you are to save you from the dolls … or WHATEVER THESE WEIRD CREATURES ARE. doarte Thanks for looking and your comments

Elana, The one who Shines would be my first guess. I seem to remember a Myth about Elana, The Keeper of the Light. Okay this has got to be the coolest character I've ever seen period ! To top it off the story is so well written and keeps you on the edge of your seat as you wait to find out how it was revealed. GREAT WORK !

What a deceptive looking Doll she is. So innocent, sweet and beautiful to look at. But a mean critter of some kind it seems. Wow. She can fool anyone. Gorgeously splendid work Wayne. The story isn't half bad either. What a mind!! !! I Love It.

The strangest and utterly most fascinating things are discoverd when the most mundane of tasks are undertaken. "Things" know to hide in places of no interest, in places that are considered a bit disgusting, dull, or dusty. Safe places. Until plumbers or electricians or such invade and have to be stopped. So be very careful when you explore further. Such a beautiful and startling find! I adore dolls .. and whatever ...
