Description

The young lovers would meet in the boat house on the lake. Away from prying eyes and the disapproval of their families. This picture always reminds me of a scene from a 19th century romance novel. Taken at Crystal Lake, south of San Francisco, California.

This is your 3d upload, and you got 27 comments. You know how long it took me to get 10? Bella must've said, "schmendrick! What're you doing with all those photos, using them for placemats??? Upload, upload, upload!" (Well maybe you didn't use them for placemats, but you couldn't have developed this vision within the first week you uploaded...I mean, I assume this art goes way back in your life.) This is beautiful! Beautiful soft texture, beautiful balance between dark landmass and water and air. The tones are beautiful, with a deep greenish gray dominating those dark greenish-blacks, and some reddish/yellow hues in the far right. Mood, music and poetry. Beautiful. You use muted tones extremely well in these earlier posts.
