Description
Another scene from the Terrali Nighthunters. The Dehta was the caretaker of the young Valazen goddess Treala. The Elves believed that before the time of Elves, when Treala fled with the Terrali to the Forest, she left The Dehta to guard the Black Forest, the only barrier to the Terrali Forest. She enlisted the help of a green goblin named Goharo, who is cantankerous and beligerent, but a good guardian. She's seen here trying to keep Goharo at bay from sleeping Prinot.

Love how you cast shadows onto the background image to give depth to the forest... that is a really neat trick and it works so well in this image and saves so much render time because I know those Lisa Botanical trees are real render memory pigs! She is a really beautiful character. You always have such great taste in color balance, weaving a complimnetary pallette in all your works.

Great character, setting and pose!

Wonderful! Of course I really like the character and setting, but the way you have created depth is very impressive. The only criticism I have is the necklace and the way it hangs. The top two don't show enough gravity and looked more wraparound. This is especially shows on the top one. The feet look great since you would expect the top one to be holding it on. (cringe-I hope you don't mind) Enchanting otherwise.
