Gotta say, very, very realistic. Only thing missing (but tricky to do, I imagine?) longer hair... Apart from that perfect! Rob.

There seems to be a sharp outline on her lips (and below her chin). Lighting is a little flat IMO. Try adding a directional light with stronger shadows to get more interesting look.
