Interesting picture but it looks like it needs a paint job. I think this bridge work is late Victorian.

Sweet shot! I love how older buildings and bridges were almost more a work of art, built with care and incredible craftsmanship. They might be better built no days, bur are no way near as enjoyable just to see. Thanks for sharing this.
