Description

Decided to play around with lighting to create the early evening mood of light in the conservatory room from my previous posting. The sunlight streaming from the overhead clerestory windows (which you cannot see, but are imagined) was created using an elongated cone, skewed plane and a radial light. The mats applied to the cone and the plane were Ocean Foam from the Atmospherics category. The settings had to be manipulated to get the desired effects. I have also added a carpet runner down the center of the foreground wide steps and replaced the twigs in the lower, far right corner with a flowering shrub to add interest to this shadowed area. Hope you enjoy this one and thanks for viewing and any comments you care to share. It is much appreciated. Outstanding artistry! Such a fascinating scene! The lighting really adds a new character to this old garden! I can almost feel 'old Rose's' presence! A truly masterful render! 5+++++

I haven't been by your gallery for so long...since you switched from incendia to bryce back around christmas, maybe. You've gotten incredibly good with bryce. These are terrific images. Wonderful detail and exquisite lighting.
