Oh my gosh! There's a really incredible image hidden in here somewhere... I think I'd dump the foreground terrain and focus attention on the background. The contrast between the backround terrains and the water looks gorgeous. The lighting is very intriguing as well, but it's hidden by that darn foreground. Please keep working on this - you've really got something here!

I like the mixture of different clouds in this image, missing some details on the foreground terrain..but still great work....
