Description

I was going through elf withdrawals, so I immersed myself in this image to scratch my itch. Before Raven became the impressive warrior she is today she was a skinny, bookish little thing with very impractical shoes and an unhealthy liking of pink. No skill with swords, noot even the strength to hold one properly, she relied on others to be there if trouble showed up. But she never expected trouble to get THIS bad. The day Second Home fell to a demon invasion was the last day of Raven's childhood. I pulled out A3 for this one as she has a look a prefer for Raven as a child. I used Daoi's textures for her (not sure if they're still sold at DAZ of not), and dressed her up in Anayumi's Dreams by Val3DArt and Lesthat (DAZ). The texture, I'm pretty sure, came from PoserPros, so I don't know if it's been relocated elsewhere. The hair is Lady Littlefoxe's Amy hair with silver's Toxic Amy textures (RDNA). Linden (the male elf) is wearing Xurge's Paladin Armor for M4 (xurge3d) with Motif's textures for the set (Rendo). The hair is a heavily postworked Sylphiad Hair by April YSH (DAZ). The texture and head morph are Liquid Rust's Jayden (DAZ). I believe the wand is by baramdo, but I don't see it in the marketplace any longer. However, he does have another set of wands available, so if you need a wand you might want to check that out (its on clearance so hurry). Lots o' monsters. They all have weird names and it's almost 0300 here, so if you don't know what one of them is and would like more info, drop a PM. The building is the Guildhall from DAZ by Redhouse Studios. I've been using this baby a lot lately. It has lots of parts and makes it easy to put together a large chunk of architecture quickly. Since I was missing Dreamlight's LDP2 something awful I went back to DS2 for this render. I used one of the nighttime settings from the set (made the sky dome invisible though), and added two additional distance lights to add some rim lighting and fill. OH, and that reminds me, I used pwSurface2 on the skin of both characters. Another reason to go back to DS2 for the time being. The fog was added in postwork using Raptura's Fog & Mist Brushes (Rendo).
