Description

I have always been fascinated by the tiny pond watering the blossoms of a Bromeliad. Most bromeliads you find in the stores today come with their own water tank. The reason for this name is because of the “cup” or “vase” formed as the rosette of leaves come together. This one was taken at the Botanical Gardens in Montreal, where they cultivate hundreds of Bromeliads and Tillandsias in their huge glasshouses. Here I tried to catch some reflections at the heart of the plant. Thank you for your kind comments.
