Wacomb tablet and photoshop
Have you ever prayed to God for something to the point of tears,?... I have !!!!
His Son prayed to the point of sweating blood,
and he asked that this upcoming beating and crucifixion could be skipped, .... but he was willing to follow through with the Fathers will...
Imagine if you will, that you knew your entire future from birth and it had an ugly ending, you've lived with this knowledge your whole life ... and now tonight your torturers are coming..... You've felt hunger, loneliness, rejection and even had your own family doubt your purpose... all of these human emotions hurt but now you know that you are about to experiance the ultimate in human pain... Time to pray..... Our LORD did not like what the Father told him that night .... But for us he finished the task...
In our worst moment I don't think we could apreciate our Lords prayer to our Father that night....
By the way if any of you think, the world is getting better let me know!!!!

Well done x 10. I am an optimist in my prsonal life but I know the world isn't getting better. I thank God for His prayer and all His finished work on our behalf. Now, that I think about it, that IS why I am an optimist:-) Beautiful work with your tablet Tom.

I thought that this picture would not a come to much but I was wrong! Actually I have been wrong before, in 1975. Or was it 1976? The vegetation and the foliage is stunning and the subdued colour scaling is classic. Painting Jesus as an ordinary person gives the scene an interesting twitch!
