This little humming bird must really like the hand that feeds him cause he hangs around and has also landed on my shoulder but this was hard to believe,when i picked him up he just sit and took a rest for about ten minutes then he took flight and was gone so what ever this message was i guess i will never know.![[ Click Me ]](http://winkkk.com/photo/10587.gif)

An absolutely STUNNING photo!! I once had the privilege to hold a female humming that got into our house when the screen door was open. She flew around in a panic until she could fly no more. I picked her up off of the floor and brought her to the hummingbird feeder where she refreshed herself. I think it ws the smallest creature I have held!

What a wonderful capture and experience! He is beautiful and the colors stunning! I did this as a child once, rescuing the little one from my cat. He was unhurt, flew away, and my cat was mad at me for the rest of the day!
