I see a reference to an animal (possibly the victim/subject of experiments) in the open mouth of a creature. I like the design and particularly the black and white emphasis, though some of the unruly lines suggest it is more a sketch but, at that, the free running of your imagination is the important thing.

Another original piece! It looks like electrodes are attached to the subject's head.Makes you wonder just what the experimenter is trying to discover.
