I had so much fun with this... I tried with IBL but standard lighting works better for this one.

Nice feeling of movementand activity/ action. I do have some issues with the lighting. You did not ruin the scen with ambient glow, which is great. Still, other means of indreict light could be adopted. If you don't use IBL, then you might benefit from a dim radial or two on the underside (or shuld I say overside) of the horse and the rider. IBL itself is not the problem. IBL ideally is no different than a dome of radials that port light in from all sides. All an HDRI does is tell Bryce how to arrange the positions and intensites of the lights within the invisible dome to best represent the information in the hdri. So finding the correct hdri to your purpose is the most important thing. What you need is a very low contrast hdri that provides nearly even light from all sides. What IBL should represent in outdoor renders is diffuse skylight, and diffuse skylight should port in from all sides almost perfectly evenly. Very few hdri are actually up to this task, most have some bright parts and some dim oparts, that is NOT what you want for skylight. What you need is an hdri that is not specific, instead you need something more general and generic. You'd be best to dump those "cool reflection hdri" and adopt a more uniform truly ambient light hdri, like a Whitesphere. At least with a fully white hdri you will get nearly even light from all sides, the foundation of skylight. Anyhow, I have not forgotten about you in the slightest. You will be hearing from me soon.
