Description

Recently, on vacation, Miss Strong thought that she would enjoy an afternoon martini at an outdoor tavern with her "great-granddaughter" Claire. Things were going well until a lonely old coot tried to chat her up. Poor guy... He just wanted to tell the pretty lady about his recent trip to the doctor. Apparently, he didn't understand the signals such as sighing, eye rolling, and fist clenching. Claire thinks this is all rather amusing. It would never work out... He doesn't realize that despite her flawless face, she is much, MUCH older than he is...... ---- I've looked around at some popular pictures here and thought, "Why do theirs look so much better than mine?" I realized that my pictures were lacking in contrast. My old photo instructors would pitch a fit at all the blown out areas in this picture, both light and dark... I don't know, what do you think? And, I wanted to do a black and white image because I haven't done one in a while.

I see nothing wrong at all, in fact the scene pretty much looks spot on!!! Love the reflections on the bar.

I think this isn't only a beautiful concept but also beautifully realised. As far as I'm concerned it's quite perfect! Only I wonder how old she is.. but then... she's a witch, isn't she? ;-)
