Description

Eight days after seeing (and getting a shot of) my first Great Blue Skimmer (yesterdays posting), I saw my second. The first was a mature female but this one was a young male. He had not developed the blue color yet. The color shown in this image is the same as that of young females, except for the eyes. This is one of two images of him, I am posting in this short series. There will also be a mature male image included at the end. Thanks to those who take the time to comment. Lee
