Description

Photo by Alex I had to giggle when he said this is a teenager! This praying mantis has the attitude of a teenager, I remember with my own kids the arrogance, the 'mom' doesn't understand or know anything, the pushing the limits. My oldest son and daughter were one year apart and having two teens at the same time...well I am thankful I survived, lol. Hope this teen gives you a giggle this morning! Thanks for looking and for previous comments and favs!

I have been anxiously waiting for my mantis to grow. I have about a dozen and they seem to be stuck in midget-mode. I have so many shots but few are well focused because of their size. Love this in-your-face shot. They are so entertaining. :-)

Great shot! While I don't like these creatures, I do find them fascinating as long as they are not staring at me.
