Abreojos means "open eyes" in Spanish. I live on the tip of Baja California and Colorado before that.
2013 update. Had to go to work in the states since the crash of 2008. Speend my summers in ND working. Spring and summer in the southwest and winters home in Cabo. Got back into photography and am enjoying that far more than digital landscape programs for many reasons but mainly because it get me away from the computer and out in the world again!
Since I Started playing around with digital art several years ago and have created images I never thought I had the talent to create. I have learned from many great artist in this community since IÂ became a member IÂ believe back in 2002. Â Thanks for stopping by!

:-) I think the photo manipulation genre works here in the Photography Gallery for photoshopped images and the Mixed Medium Gallery is good if you think you've gone past a simple alteration or added other elements to your photo. This is a really cool shot. Nicely put together.

Excellent work!

Nice idea and assembly of the composition. I would suggest some color de-saturation. The blue looks a little too intense.

They used to be an everyday sight flying in and out of McConnell Air Force Base in Wichita, now I think they are all down in Holliman in New Mexico and Dyess in Texas. Super job Peace

Such a Beautiful looking plane and yet basicly useless, they were designed for high speed bombing but with developements in SAM technology they were made obsolite. The airforce made a new mission, low altitude nap of the earth bombing for the plane, but as it was never realy designed for that, it would never have made a good low altitude bomber. With a price of 1 billion each, they will be kept on some base oficialy active for quite some time, but in reality they will never be used for much more than the one out here at offit that is used for engine testing. Of corse with the end of the soviet union, and the changes in china, luckly we may never need a heavy bomber again.
