Great concept! I like how you've made the sphere with low reflectivity, that gives it a good feel of being some sort of space-time bubble. But, as a Star Trek fan myself, I can't help but notice how the Bussard rams at the front of each warp nacelle are not glowing red as they do in most episodes. I know, it's a nit-picky Trekie thing to notice, but I can't help it :)
