Description

Upload for a friend: A steam engine in a coal mine in Germany. Bad conditions to take pics, no tripod, bad lighting and just the built in flash at hand. He's looking for ideas, so if you please help him. What he has done: modified saturation, b/w, contrast, brightness, frame What he plans to do: get rid off the white sign at the railing (front middle), generally make it more catching... So, if you have any suggestions, feel free to comment. Thanks, have a good evening!

Your friend mite try working with the "gamma" and the "highlight/midtone/shadow" to bring up more detail. If your gona edit the image you mite want to remove the hard hat sitting behind the machine too. Also if he has multiple images, he could combine them together to get more of the machine in the picture.
