This is Astaroche Asran Viscountess of Odessa from Trinity Blood .Still trying different things with line work and colouring.

Like the colouring - nothing shouts! Those liquid eyes are also splendid. Not too sure about the triangular shape in the top left corner, but could be saying "Hat."
