Description
Was feeling adventurous and thought I would have a go at an underwater scene for a change as have never done one before.
I created the image in Daz and then made the scene more Ocean like using Photoshop Elements 6.
I loved playing around with all the different layers and for the Bubble effects I used Rons_clear water brushes.
