Description

Another assignment from Bureau for Paranormal Affairs, after a call from D.C. City. Ian: "So, why can't the Public Works people clean this s*** up?" Julian: "They tried. The water quality went off, and they drained this cistern and sent an inspector down. He got eaten." Ian: "Yeah, something's been busy down here all right." Julian: "You think?
