Description
This is a sample from an upcoming texture pack I plan on releasing that's in the making for the Anime Hair. Why am I doing this for what could be construed as an old item? 1, I like the hair a lot ;P. 2, I can't always afford the shiny new stuff right when it comes out. 3, why not?
Pieces are still being made, and DAZ shaders are being tweaked for them. There's going to be.. well, a heck of a lot of textures for this pack. My homepage has a few more details.
"You put this up a bit early," you might be thinking. Maybe it's true, but I wanted to get some feedback on it. I know the hair came out some time ago, but I've seen it used often enough to think, "What the hey, go for it!" Plus I wanted to gauge the interest level for something like this.
That and I was curious... since I don't own Poser, I wanted to see if anyone knew how to make shaders for hair. Please send me a PM if interested, and I'll get you some more details.

The shaders certainly look to be worth the trouble. Since I don't own Poser I can't help ya there.

Very nice work, If possible, increase the value bump and place displacement map.

It certainly looks like you are putting a lot of work into it. I've never used anime hair myself but this does look good. I agree with Tholian that the shader and bump were worth it - it makes all the difference. Good luck with this project!

Great work and render, Theta. The hair looks cool with the DAZ shader. The white stripes kinda makes it alive.+5
