While the sunset did give this a pretty glow, I still hate to see how the pollution is pumped out 24/7. Thanks for looking.

Is this somewhere near Chicago? You know...good news here. I am quite sure that almost 100% of what we are seeing here is clean...mostly steamy nothing. Smokestack industries have been forced years ago (1970s) to install huge scrubbers somewhere in or on all their smokestacks. And the scrubbers work very efficiently. Score one for environmental protection. Cars, buses and trucks are worse.
