Description
Atlantic Wall Gun site.
This bunker was quite elementary in the notorious Atlantic wall. Basically it was an improved Tobruk Pit, offering more room to the crew. As the Tobruk Pit, the contruction could be adapted to take then turret of a captured, mostly French, tank, a shielded anti-tank gun or a simple machine gun ring.
Bunkers like these were mainly used to defend larger emplacements like a big naval gun.
Here, the turret is a turret of Panhard AMD.
Soon available on Cornucopia

Fine image, Eric. Great model too. Like the POV and the vegetation very much. Didn't know that much about this particular type of bunker, so found your brief description of it enlightening. Good luck in the market with it. Jeremy
