Inspired by one of my all time favorite sci-fi shows.Also credit goes to "Star ship Schematics Database" http://www.shipschematics.net/b5/ pretty good schematics for a rough idea on how to model the Hyperion and other Babylon 5 ships ! Thanks for taking a peek . Michael.

One of my fav TV series. Only the recent BSG has matched it, in my mind. More views of the Hyperion!! I always liked the design of it and the Omegas...

Way kool modelling, textures and docking bay Mike, one of my favorite all-time sci-fi shows as well ! But you might find the scale of the Cruiser needs to be heaps bigger as the craft is over 1000 meters long if you are going for accuracy that is, but on the artistic-gotta-fit-the-sucker-into-the-scene side...I'm impressed ! I would like to see your model in another scene, if you have the time ? Anyhoo, very well done my friend & ~Cheers~

Thanks for the great comments .There are many variations of size, armourment and crew size , reactor cores , even Star Furies of the Hyperion on the web, i did not think that there would be so many sources ! Most say around 1025.39 meters long some less around 900.00 meters.

Fantastic scene, and superb realism! I love Babylon 5...and this is a super homage to the show. I love the textures and the skins are perfectly done! This is great. Wonderfully realistic and the details are what make it.
