I wasn't sure where to place this render so it may be in the wrong gallery. I haven't tried putting a character into a photo before so thought I'd keep my mind busy and give this a shot while I wait for a doctor's report. (Please keep a good thought for my grandson.) I took this photo June 27th in Tn.'s Great Smoky Mtns. National Park. It's the upper section of the 80 ft high Laurel Falls. To reach the falls, it's a fantastically beautiful one and one half mile walk up a narrow, rugged, steep mountain trail with no guard or other rail. One person wide, most of the way. I had to zoom to the falls or the photo would have been crowded with people who don't care if you're trying to get a picture. :) This sign is posted everywhere - 'DANGER: parents CLOSELY watch your children. Deaths have occurred here.' The lower section of Laurel Falls is reached by climbing DOWN steep and rocky terrain - straight down. Parents and their *small* children were having a ball. And, yes, they ignored the 'Bears are active here' sign as well. I added small waves at her feet for a more blended look. Not sure if it worked. Character in the photo is Mimi by Liquid Rust (DAZ). Hair is Amphitrite by Mairy and 3Dream (DAZ)

I visited this exact place just a couple weeks ago, may have been the same day.. saw a baby bear the day I was on the trail and you are right it is beautiful and STEEP !!! Great to see. :)

she really looks like she fits in the painting...you know some people who put tubes in the 2D background y ou can tell it sticks out but yours it looks like it is "in" the picture...great smokey mountains huh...now I am homesick..I grew up in Tennessee and I am in Utah for 21 years now and really missed that part of the country...glad you visited there

Thank you for the kind words, kindreds, but she isn't a tube. Mimi is a full out character (created by Liquid Rust at DAZ) from Poser7 that I 'put together'. I have the scars of aggravation to prove it. lol
